All levels welcome for this fun group having time keeping fit, enjoying a cuppa and a social chat.

Term 1- Starts Thursday 2nd February 12.30pm-3.00pm for 10 weeks.

Term 2- Starts Thursday 27th April 12.30pm-3.00pm for 9 weeks.

Term 3- Starts Thursday 13th July 12.30pm-3.00pm for 10 weeks.

Term 4- Starts Thursday 5th October 12.30pm-3.00pm for 11 weeks.
