Suitable for over 55s, this class improves flexibility and strength in later years. The chair and hollow tube provided help with both momentum and support for safe exercising. Firstly, warm up to motivational music then get into the groove with simple dance moves at a faster pace. This is followed by a slow Rumba cool-down, and relaxing floor stretches to dreamy music to complete your workout experience. You can bring your own mat (or they are available at the Centre).
