Beginners are welcome to come and observe for no charge. After learning how to play from watching the experienced players, new members can then join the games. Firstly, warm up to motivational music then get into the groove with simple dance moves at a faster pace. This is followed by a slow Rumba cool-down, and relaxing floor stretches to dreamy music to complete your workout experience. You can bring your own mat (or they are available at the Centre).
