Learn how to recreate some flavoursome and exotic dishes from the Middle East. We will be making:- Wednesday 24th August-Fava Beans and Salad 11.00am-3.00pm   Wednesday 31st August- Koshari with Fattoush salad and houmous 11.00am-3.00pm   Wednesday 7th September- Falafels with Fattoush salad and houmous 11.00am-3.00pm   Wednesday 14th September- Choice of 2 desserts- Semolina Cake and Baklava 11.00am-3.00pm   Cost $135 for the 4 weeks. All ingredients included.

Experience a little Egyptian magic learning how to cook dishes such as Tagine, Kebbeh Nayye and Baked Zucchini with Lamb (Casserole). At the end of the class, you will sit down as a group to taste and enjoy the meals you have prepared.  Starts Tuesday 29th November 11.00am-3.00pm for 2 weeks (finish time is approximate).
