The Beaconsfield Community Complex has a spacious function hall and is an ideal venue for your special events, such as birthdays, engagements, weddings, anniversaries, christenings, social parties, corporate functions, presentation nights, religious celebrations, trivia nights, product launches, reunions or exhibitions.

There is capacity for 200 guests with 20 large oval tables and 200 chairs available for use.  A large dance floor and an adjoining commercial kitchen for self-catering make the space suitable for a variety of purposes. The Hall may also be divided into two separate rooms according to your guest numbers.  With heating and air-conditioning facilities, a comfortable atmosphere is guaranteed any time of the year.  Rooms are located on ground level with disability access and indoor amenities.

The function hall, kitchen and smaller rooms within the Beaconsfield Community Complex are also available for private hire on weekdays when not in use for Neighbourhood House activities.  Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre manages all WEEKDAY bookings as well as the Weekend Hire of the Meeting Room, Craft Room or Children’s Room.  Contact Leanne in our office for enquiries on (03) 8768 4400 or email admin@bncinc.org.au.
