Yoga with Karen

Hatha Yoga classes accommodate all ages and levels from beginner to advanced. Each class is a well-balanced, time effective workout including Yoga postures, stretching exercises, body toning and joint lubrication exercises, posture and balance, corrective breathing, energy flow, concentration, meditation and relaxation techniques.
Starts Tuesday 1st February 9.15am-10.30am or Thursday 3rd February 6.00pm-7.15pm for 10 weeks.
