Strength Training for Over 50s (Beginners to Intermediate)

An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until 15 December 2022
A combination of strength training exercises for the whole body.
With the use of hand weights, enthusiasm and smiles. All of the body benefits from this class- even the soul!
Term 2- Starts Wednesday 27th April 9.30am-10.15am for 9 weeks.
Term 3- Starts Wednesday 13th July 9.30am-10.15am for 10 weeks.
Term 4- Starts Wednesday 5th October 9.30am-10.15am for 11 weeks.
Cost $8 per session.
