An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Friday, repeating until 17 December 2022
A fun, adaptable and challenging way to strengthen your core, back health and posture whilst working the whole body.
This class is completely adaptable to suit most fitness abilities, and is aimed at BEGINNERS wanting to progress.
A Pilates resistance bar is a supportable tool that will improve your strength and control and leave you feeling stronger and fitter!
BYO: Fitness Mat and Pilates Resistance Bar if you have one. The Centre has some spare if required.
Term 2- Starts Friday 29th April 11.30am-12.15pm for 9 weeks.
Term 3- Starts Friday 15th July 11.30am-12.15pm for 10 weeks.
Term 4- Starts Friday 7th October 11.30am-12.15pm for 11 weeks.
Cost $8 per session.
